About Pinevale Foundation

Built on ground reality, not assumptions

We do not design programs from a desk. Every initiative begins with a personal visit to the community. We are from Kashmir — we know this land, its people, and what real change looks like.

Community outreach
Pinevale Foundation — ground-level work across Jammu & Kashmir since 2023

Ground-first approach

Every initiative begins with a personal visit. We identify real needs before designing any program — never making assumptions from a distance.

Full financial accountability

Every rupee is documented. CSR and donor partners receive detailed impact reports with outcomes, photographs, and beneficiary data after every program.

Measurable, verifiable outcomes

We set clear targets before every program and measure real results — not activity, not effort. Actual, documented change in people's lives.

Trusted institutional partners

We work alongside government colleges, universities, KAS officers, clinical experts, and legal professionals — ensuring every program carries full institutional credibility.

Drug De-Addiction Awareness Seminar

In collaboration with the Drug De-Addiction Cell of Government College of Education (IASE), Cluster University Srinagar, Pinevale Foundation co-organized a major one-day seminar on "Role of Professionals and Community Members in Managing Drug Addiction." The event brought together a KAS officer, clinical psychologist, child rights lawyer, and students from three colleges in a speech competition on addiction management.

Digital Skills & Youth Employment Initiative

Pinevale Foundation is developing a structured digital skills and employment program for underprivileged youth from remote border districts of Kashmir. The initiative focuses on practical, job-ready training in Data Analytics, AI tools, and Digital Business — with confirmed institutional partners and a clear pathway from training to verified employment outcomes.

Focus areas

Where we direct our energy

We work where the need is greatest and the support is least — remote, underserved communities across Jammu & Kashmir where others have not reached.

01

Digital Skills & Employment

Training youth in practical, job-ready digital skills — creating pathways to income and employment from their own communities without requiring relocation.

02

Education Access

Improving school infrastructure, quality of teaching, and physical access to education in remote mountain communities where development has not yet reached.

03

Community Health

Healthcare awareness, drug de-addiction, mental health, and nutrition programs delivered through trusted institutions — reaching families in underserved areas.

04

Women & Girls

Targeted programs for girls' education and women's economic empowerment in border and rural communities — addressing the most vulnerable first.

How we work

01 — Identify

Personal ground visits to every community before any program is designed. We see the reality ourselves first — no assumptions, no guesswork.

02 — Plan

Structured program with clear budget, measurable targets, and defined outcomes — before a single rupee is allocated or spent.

03 — Execute

Ground-level implementation with trusted institutional partners. Full documentation at every stage, no exceptions.

04 — Report

Detailed impact reports for every partner — photos, outcomes, beneficiary data, and an honest assessment of what worked and what can improve.
